
Still in the subject of ergonomics, there's this one device that promises a better sitting position, and hopefully towards an improved working condition for the disabled. Called Movement Lock, this is an inflatable ring (not the one that
makes funny noises) that locks chairs with wheels to stop them from sliding when a disabled worker transfers from a chair to another. Stephen Hobday, a known inventor of ergonomic keyboards is the brainchild behind this tool.
Although it looks like a small UFO that's landed, it might be of great help for our co-workers with special needs, even our elderlies who still can't get enough of office work.
