I apologize for the long hiatus - it was a troublesome May for me. Now I'm back!![]()
If you've been using the good (bad?) ol' Google for quite a long time, you will definitely notice all its seasonal or eventual logo design changes (aren't they cute?), the new Google favicon and every now and then, varying search results (this site is on the first search results page now, it's gone kaput tomorrow) and other little changes like this one that I've just encountered yesterday.
While looking for an urban establishments' guide, I've noticed that the search results, aside from the having the major sections of a certain site, now also include a search box. Yes, a site-specific search box within search results! This has made my search for restaurant reviews a lot easier that day. However, when I tried the same search today - it's now gone.
I consider myself a heavy Google user. Now that may not sound right but it's a fact. But I may not be always updated with all the Google advancements, modifications, experimentations, etc.
Have you also encountered these search boxes while using the search engine? Or was I just dreaming? :-) Tell me it's real because it's one great help for heavy Google users like me.
