Do know if you are pursuing the perfect career for you? No?! If you're tired of taking perfect job quizzes but you still take them anyway, you might NOT be treading the right career path.

So how do you really know if you are rolling up your sleeves for the right job? Penelope Trunk, the Brazen Careerist, spilled the beans on what steps to take in figuring out your next career move and mentioned about being honest about your passions. Yes, it boils down again to doing what you love.

Although many are hating it because of its being a cliche', I still do believe in it. And Penelope has even shed a more interesting light on it - regarding a perfect career as something that you should crave doing as SEX!

If you’re not making time to do it regularly unpaid, then you probably don’t love it. Here’s the litmus test: Sex. We do it regularly, unpaid, and we love it. Run this test on other stuff you supposedly love. Do you crave it like sex? Then you probably don’t love it that much. You probably love the idea of loving it, the idea of who you are when you say you love that thing.

So, when you have the time, I don't think it would hurt to see if what you're doing right now in your career is as enjoyable as sex, right? Although, of course, this is not at all the absolute method of gauging if you're pursuing the perfect career.
