Do you like challenges? What challenges have you already participated in? Amazing Race? (I wish!) Beer drinking (tried this)? How about self-improvement challenges? I've tried the 30-Day challenge myself but I was not able to do it because of some uncontrollable circumstances. In form of an article series by Alan Johnson, a productivity enthusiast and entrepreneur, my love for challenges got rekindled.
Alan's agenda is to provide advice on how to implement the following changes which many would definitely find useful:
1. Things you should stop doing - wasting time, watching TV, junk food and addictions.
2. Things you should start doing - learn something new every day, know someone new every day, exercise every day.
3. Things you should improve on - wake up earlier, email management, write more.
Surely, there's one or two of those bad habits that you've been dying to get rid of and one or two of those good habits you'd like to acquire. We're on the same page - I need to get a healthier diet and write more. Oh and I wish that Alan included memory improvement as one of the things to improve on because I'm in dire need of that as well since I've been forgetting lots of important things lately - one's to call my brother for the nth time to call the computer technician to fix my computer!
