" The only things that are impossible are the ones you can't imagine."
Aside from always keeping the eye on the bills, er, bottom line, our imagination does great things to motivate us. When you imagine, you're cooking an action.
When I'm told "It's all in the mind.", I'm usually quick to respond "Hey, it's the mind that helps make things possible!" This prevents many people who know me from telling me that I'm just imagining things. Hehe.
I love my work. If I don't and I have to drag myself out of bed everyday to do it, I won't be able to write anything about motivating oneself.
I've imagined myself working when my mind is in its most cleared and productive state - which is the wee hours of the morning. I've imagined earning a decent income and still having lots of time to spare for my family and friends when they need me. I've imagined not having to endure office politics just for the diminutive salary increase and the meaningless change of job title. I've imagined a work that I'm passionate about.
I'm still imagining things. I used to worry a lot but thought of retiring at the age of 30. But now I'm not thinking much of my retirement anymore because aside from my current work allowing me to save ample money for retirement, often times, my work does not feel like work anymore.
Doesn't that sound fun? How about motivating yourself now and imagine how you can stop on having to motivate yourself to work everyday?

Hi Alfa,
I completely believe in the philosophy of doing something you love so that it doesn't feel like work!
What keeps me going is the thought that I am helping other people achieve success in life - whether personal or business. Thanks for the inspiration ;)
