As an enthusiast of the Internet marketing industry, I amassed a huge collection of e-books that I haven't had the chance to read yet. They're so many that I'm sure printing them all out will cost me more than three ink cartridges. And boy do we all know how expensive ink cartridges are right now.
So when I've learned that there's this new device sold by Amazon that serves as an e-book reader I almost jumped off my seat. It's Kindle - labeled as a wireless reading device, I quickly knew that it's one gadget that's made to be held by my callused hands (or palms? whatever!).
Kindle is priced at $399 a pop and guess what? It's currently out of stock. But that's okay since I'm sure it will soon undergo further modification style-wise (not too many are saying it's a gadget for the fashionable) and hopefully
price-wise. According to its product overview, it looks and feels like a real paper. But I'm sure many would appreciate it better if it looks and feels like an iPhone instead. Hmm..
Here are Kindle's specs:
- Hold 200 titles.
- Battery fully recharges in 2 hours
- Uses EVDO
- 6" diagonal E-Ink® electronic paper display
- 256MB internal storage
- size 7.5" x 5.3" x 0.7"
- weighs 10.3 ounces
Regarding my ebook collections, I may not be able to read them through Kindle just yet since as I've mentioned, it's out of stock AND I've discovered that ebooks from Amazon are the only ones that can be read through Kindle. Can anyone tell me that this is not really the case? Please I beg of you. Anyways, I'm sure our techie friends will find a way soon to work around this dilemma.
So what do you think of Amazon's newest toy Kindle?

Hi Alfa!
Have you been able to get your hands on one of these? I'd like to try one, but it's not in my budget right now. It would be interesting to hear from someone who has used one.
