My sincere apologies for not being one of those johnnettes-on-the-spot.  Information about the next edition of the Arsenal Of Goals & Plans Carnival should, perhaps, have been made available to you at least by yesterday; it wasn't.  Some of you might know I'm doing a long-distance apartment hunt right now and, since I still only have twenty-four hours in each day, some things will be a bit short-changed here and there.  I'm doing my best to keep everything running as glitch-free as possible while dealing with this other glitch.

At any rate, since the flurry of the past day and a half has settled, it's time to get down to some business and the first order of that business is your carnival submission page.  No drum roll, no big ta-da, just the facts.
