Arsenal Of Goals & Plans Carnival

Publishing this edition of the Arsenal Of Goals & Plans Carnival at this hour is part of today's plan.  It was scheduled for August 3 and it's that now here (1:15am).  The thing is that I'm leaving the house and the computer early in the morning (and am not a morning person) and won't be back until early evening.  In my mind, carnivals should be available during the day. You're right; it's always daytime somewhere.  Somehow, though, it only feels like day during the hours of local light and that's the direction where we're headed.

ADVICE
Sue Massey talks about The Price Of Ignoring What's Wrong at Business Management Life.  "I talk about how it's important for employees to feel good about their job. If you have employees you should read my article."

RCK suggests How to React to Criticism at TheRoadtoCEO.com.  "Receiving negative feedback is never easy. But when you understand how it can help you accelerate your career, you might begin to view criticism differently. One of the factors that distinguish expert performers from everyone else is how they interpret and use criticism. Instead of trying to avoid it, top performers welcome it and use it to significantly enhance their performance. In this issue we share a strategy you can use to benefit from criticism, rather than feel hurt by it."

Cade Krueger tells us to Just Do It! Act On Your Business Opportunity at Home Based Business Opportunity.

Eric Hudin says You Can Make More Working Less at Everyday Marketing Ideas.  "Time management is a myth. Time doesn't stop. There is no managing something you can't control. What you can do is eliminate your wasted movements to become more efficient and effective."

BUSINESS
Mike Harmon give us Strategic Application of Offshoring in a CPA Practice at Basic Accounting.  "Can a small Accounting practice outsource accounting? I talk about it my article."

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Bhupendra Khanal suggests that Brand dilution is as important as brand enhancement at Business Analytics.  "At times, Brand dilution for revenue is as important as brand enhancement."

Warren Wong talks about Taking Risks at INTJ Personal Development.  "Are you afraid to launch your own business? Are you afraid of losing what money you have? Here's why you shouldn't be."

RCK discusses how we can Get More Done with Activity Logs at TheRoadtoCEO.com.  "Have you ever had the experience of looking back on a busy day, week, or month only to realize that you didn't accomplish nearly as much as you had planned? If so, you're not alone."

GOALS
Ellesse talks about the Little Known Ways of Tackling Difficult Goals at Goal Setting College.

Matt shares Planning Out a Short Term Project at Realigned Living.  "My post goes over step by step instructions on how to set up a successful short term project - everything from the very beginning to have a successful completion is covered.  Enjoy!"

Charles H. Green explains When Business is Incontinent at Trust Matters.  "So often we know what we should do, nothing stands in our way, we want to do it... and yet we don't. Why?"

Joseph Caterisano tells us how to attain success at Self Help and Personal Development.

Alex Blackwell reminds us to Keep an open mind at The Next 45 Years.

MARKETING
Chris Tackett tells us How to Write a Headline and Grab Your Prospect by the Eyeballs! at Direct Marketing News.  "The art of writing headlines is important for direct marketing. I will cover how to come up with some great headlines just like the one I use in this article."

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Rolf F. Katzenberger shares Personal, timeless organization: 4 suggestions for your checklist at Evomend | Timeless resources for personal organization.  "For a moment, consider the following question: are there any tools, things or methods that you've been using for years or even decades - to your complete satisfaction? In case something came to your mind: what exactly is so satisfying about it? Your personal system of organization needs similar traits."

Terry Dean takes us From Debt to Financial Freedom at Christianity With Purpose.

Tristan shares The Courage to Succeed at Tristan Loo.  "In this interview, Synergy Institute Founder, Tristan Loo, is interviewed by famed Egyptian Motivational Speaker, Mohamed Tohami on the topics of overcoming adversity."

PLANS
Larry Russell brings us the Summary Table of Traditional IRA and Roth IRA Tax Rules at THE SKILLED INVESTOR Blog.  "For your convenience, the table provided summarizes 2007 rules for traditional IRAs and Roth IRAs. The table has a left-hand column of questions and 12 columns of information. Read the first four questions in the first four rows to determine which of the twelve columns would apply to you. Be careful to distinguish between the rules about whether you can make a contribution and whether an allowable contribution is tax deductible."

Karl Goldfield brings Building a plan Part 4b: Get to know your superiors, reports, and peers (Just hired) at Coaching sales champtions.

PRODUCTIVITY
Jim Stroup talks about Delegation - not dereliction at Managing Leadership.  "Just as many managers fail to successfully make the transition from general management to executive management, because of the sometimes disorienting difference in the way you have to view how you get "your" work done, many people fail to make the transition from line employee to general management. The truth is, if you are unable to delegate, you are really just an employee with a raise in pay; you are not a manager."

Pete Johnson says Get unstuck by enlisting a moron (me) at Pete Johnson.  "Everybody gets stuck finding the solution to some problem every once in awhile. Often times, your own expertise in an area can be an inhibitor to finding that solution. By enlisting the help of someone with no knowledge of the subject at hand, you force yourself to explain the situation step by step and often discover something your expertise caused you to skip."

TIPS
Where Does Your Money Go? Tips and Tricks for Tracking the Flow, "Money flows like water. It can gush like a raging river or drip like an annoying leaky faucet at midnight. If we use this precious resource mindlessly, we face drought. However, if we first observe the ebbs and flows, effective management becomes a simple matter of design. Here's how.", and Create Your Treasure Map To Riches, "Visualizing what wealth means to you shapes the way your mind thinks about money and your life. Your mind then sets in motion the actions necessary to begin achieving your goals. By taking the time to establish what real wealth looks like to you, you direct your efforts in ways that will make becoming rich, in your own terms, simple. Are you ready to embark on a fun and rewarding journey towards your own riches? Great! We'll start with an exercise that is really fun." both come from Millionaire Mommy Next Door.

Michael, carnivals are known for the quality of their articles. This is an every Friday event now, so stop by again, please. And feel free to submit some of your work, too.

Jeff, if you keep bookmarking, do you know how full that folder will be? :)

As I said to Michael, let's see some of your work, as well.

Well hello, MMND, thanks for being part of the carnival. My feeling is that it's you guys who submit who make the event happen; you're the deal makers.

Pete, of course it's a nice collection. You're part of it :) I'm noticing a bit of a theme with you; seems you're really fond of the word "nerd". Apparently, you wear it well.
