After the successful publication of the 4th Arsenal Of Goals & Plans Carnival yesterday, it's time to do it all over again and get set up for the 5th. Out of curiousity, I decided to do a quick count of the entries to all of the editions so far. 
Wow! Only four carnivals with over 70 great posts! If there were any doubts, that certainly says something for how much people like carnivals.
Ok, so now down to the business of this post. In keeping with the power of five (and having nothing to do with the next being the 5th carnival), the next edition will be Wednesday, July 25; deadline is Monday, July 23.
