Sunday seems to be a good day for tips that are short and sweet. Nothing heavy with these tips; just a few things we often overlook; things that, in the long run, make for optimum productivity.

We're so eager to make the best use of our time -- sometimes a little too eager. Effective time management is a little like dieting in that the act of giving something up with no immediate or apparent reward leaves most people empty, unsatisfied, and resentful. As reasonable people, we need reasonable trade-offs.
The idea behind constructively filling wasted hours is just that; it's a fair trade-off. It's not to meant to be a punishment. But, if we're not happy with
foregoing whatever floats our boats during those so-called wasted hours, there will be no happy, constructive replacement.
The point is that we need to figure out how to fill the time we waste. Otherwise, it'll still be time wasted."What’s important for you to realize if you want to be happy is this: you are the master of your time. You can free up a lot of it by giving up or limiting counter-productive activities, but unless you have a good reason for doing so, it will not make you happy." --Gleb Reys, How To Be Happy: Productivity and Finding Time, Personal Development Blog
