This summer is going to be hot!  Oh yeah, the temperatures might be on the warm side, too.  But this summer is going to be hot with exciting summer things like Carnivals.  And it's gonna be so much fun!!!

If I sound like a little kid, well, that would explain the feeling.  You see, ProductivityGoal will be the host site for the Carnivale of Customer Service on Monday, June 18.

Maria Palma hosted the first edition of Carnivale of Customer Service last August at CustomersAreAlways with the idea that it would go on the road, setting up camp from blog to blog.  Well, ProductivityGoal is ready for the customer service big top.
