Thanks to you, the first edition of the Arsenal Of Goals & Plans Carnival was exciting 
for me because it got an amazing response, not only in the amount of submissions (which was sizeable), but in the sheer quality. Can we do the same for the second? It's already off to a good start, even before being listed with Blog Carnival.
The plan for Arsenal is to run an edition on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of the month and we're coming up close to the 25th. Ok, we're coming quite close to the 25th, which is why the deadline has been moved to the 24th.
