It might have a new name and it might have a new submission method, but the next edition of the Carnivale of Customer Service will be here at ProductivityGoal again, folks.  It's a pleasure to be your hostess.

First, the name is changed to the Customer Service Carnivale to set it apart from another with same original name.  Second, it's now listed with Blog Carnival, so you can find it and submit to it easily.
