This post is both an announcement and an invitation. This Friday, May 11 (and going into Saturday, May 12) I’m hosting a virtual conference at my other home, Thoughts & Philosophies.
Why this weekend? Why have it at the same time as the SOBcon? Because it’s the same time as the
Topics and Times
Scheduling your best life (how to plan daily/long-term goals), prioritizing before you go crazy (do the important things first, even if they’re not the easiest), today's urgencies often mean nothing tomorrow (an emergency or a screaming hype might not be important in the long run), long-term projects need short-term attention (tend to the small details and the big picture will fall into place), dismissing the junk; it doesn't pay the rent (if it doesn’t give pleasure, or is redundant and meaningless, don’t bother with it), siesta time (optimum productivity needs regular R&R).
To make the discussions available to the as many of the world population as possible, there are two sessions:
Moderators
In no particular order, the great people who’ve graciously agreed to moderate these sessions are: Bes Zain, The Reasoner; Rick Cockrum, Shards of Consciousness; Carma Dutra, Carma’s Window; Jessica Doyle, Jessicadoyle.ca; Leah Maclean, Working Solo; TechZ, TechZ Online; Klearchos Kapoutsis, Klearchos Guide to the Galaxy; Nneka, Balanced Life Center; Lyman Reed, Creating a Better Life.
A few open hours
If you’re interested in moderating one of these hours, please know that I'd welcome your participation; don’t hesitate to leave a comment and I'll get you set up pronto.

This is looking good so far. :) I am putting some finishing touches on my first session, and then I can relax more and look forward to tomorrow, or err, this morning. :)
