Today was a good one because I learned about something new:  Social Energy.  Well, maybe the concept isn’t really new; maybe today was merely my introduction to it. 

What is Social Energy?  According to my take on Scott H. Young’s article, it’s a huge part of our continued personal development. 

Social energy comes from spending time in a stimulating environment with other people . . .  When you lack social energy you can spend hours trying to work and failing to get anything meaningful done. – Scott H. Young 

It’s the stuff that keeps our minds from doing hamster impressions; it’s the stuff that gets us off the wheel that goes nowhere and back into productivity and life and all the good we deserve. 

Scott has me thinking that social energy might be one of the more important of our energies.  And your thoughts?
