Work productivity, time management, organization, tools and tips

In keeping with my last post, It’s Horrid. But Can We Understand?, a question has occurred to me (partly caused by personal experience).  If productivity is our goal, can we afford to ignore mental health and feed addictions?  I don't think so.  Been there, did that, just got back. 

Considering the pace of our lives and the stresses and anxieties resulting from that pace, it’s no wonder many of us suffer from depression and sometimes succumb to addictions.  Add together everything in that last sentence and the product equals no productivity. 

With that in mind Addictions and Mental Health have been added to the categories at Productivity Goal.  Most likely, anything posted under Addictions will also be in the Mental Health category. 

No one needs to suffer.  More importantly, no one needs to suffer alone.
