I was wondering if I’m alone in this thing, or if there are others who look at stuff that looks like it might be good information and want to store it in the hard drive. Great idea to store it, but when will it be read?
We can store continuously and, sooner or later, it’ll look like that drawer, that closet, that room – you get what I mean – the one that looks like we think of everything as being our gold; the stuff we think we need to keep so we can get the gold we need to live. Wrong answer! Isn’t it time to relinquish our hold on some of that non-gold junk we’re not going to use?
Yesterday there were over 100 pieces of mail in my inbox. That’s absolutely ridiculous! Why are there so many communications? Well, this is why. If someone says, “Carolyn, I can help you make your life better . . .”, I’ll respond. Good idea, huh? NO!
Ultimately, the only one who can make my life better is me. Same goes for all of you. No way do we need to subscribe to everything that comes down the pike. We need to subscribe to each other.
I don’t mean that we should indiscriminately subscribe or link to each other. But, if we’re gonna simplify our lives, it’s better to (figuratively) link to the community.
