Ben Yoskovitz wrote an interesting post about leadership at Instigator Blog the other day:  10 Essential Business Leadership Skills.

All of Ben’s points are pertinent, but two stand out: lead by example and be a follower.  Ok, it might be a strange combination, but it works. 

Leading and following are on the same trail.  It’s all about patience.  We do and show, we watch and wait, we follow to see if there’s something more to be learned. 

We’re the winners and we need to stand tall and hang around with the other winners.
