One of my favorite GTD concepts is being aware of what you've committed not to do. That means releasing those shoulda woulda couldas from the limbo they're lurking in and freeing your mind to concentrate only on what you have committed to do.
Having semi-committed to tasks on your mind saps your energy and makes you feel as if you're always behind. Especially if you're busy enough to get behind anyway, you don't want to be plagued by phantom to do's.
The weekend is here. See if you can commit to not thinking about Monday for awhile.
