
- Triumphantly surmounting obstacles (which they created themselves); "I'll show 'em"
- Having all eyes upon them as they make a late "grand entrance" to a dinner party
- Pulling an all nighter to write a report
- Making a choice that creates more work for others, just to show that "you can't make me"
- Squeezing in "just one more thing" when they're already running late
- Put at least one exciting activity on your daily calendar
- Talk to others for feedback, new ideas and just the novelty of human contact
- Vary your activities by location (indoor, outdoor), activity level (sitting, running, walking), type of people (community activities, sports, networking, one-on-one meetings)
- Schedule fun activities to look forward to by subscribing to a play series or taking a class for a semester
- If you really enjoy rushing around, keep doing it. Just do it much earlier.
