
Toodledo does that and more; quite a bit for a free, web-based program. You can export and import your tasks to other applications and you can create a hotlist of high priority items at the top of the screen. Toodledo lets you use an RSS feed for your tasks so you can stay up to date wherever you get your email.
For my purposes, online to do lists aren't any easier than using my PDA or even a paper list. My PDA isn't linked to the Internet, so I need something more portable. Toodledo is worth checking out though. The creator, Jake Olefsky, has some other fun stuff on his site, including an interactive list of things to do when you're bored. But I have a feeling he's rarely bored :).
