
The weekend is here and it's time for some productive resting. Rest and recreation are important parts of your productivity program. If you neglect them, your work will suffer because you'll be tired, irritable and not performing at your peak.
Taking time off is an investment in your most important asset: you. This is particularly true if you are self employed. Keep that asset in top condition with exercise, healthy food and rest. Remember what they tell you on the airplane during the emergency procedures presentation: if the air masks drop down, put your own on first. Then, help others.
