I’m hoping my readers are happy today, Memorial Day And I’m hoping that the reason you’re happy isn’t mainly that you’re not at work. I wrote earlier about how negative emotions can lessen your productivity at work because they are associated with the emotional, non-rational side of your brain. Taking action to be happy, at work or anywhere, isn’t selfish or lazy. You owe it to yourself and to your success.
Need some more ideas? Alexander Kjerulf has a blog devoted to happiness at work and how it’s a profitable business model. He wrote a great post about “the cult of overwork” in which he refers to the executives interviewed by Fortune Magazine about their work days.
The “executive” he quotes says: “Frankly, if you can’t structure your time so your work fits inside a 40-hour week, you need to get better at prioritizing and delegating.” My sentiments exactly!

I wish everybody is Happy like me.
May Allah bless you.
