Overworked = Underproductive
Quotation of the Day:
"The physiological effects of tiredness are well-known. You can turn a smart person into an idiot just by overworking him," notes Peter Capelli, a professor of management at Wharton.

Stop right now.  Are you working too hard?  Are you the Red Queen, doing "all the running you can do, to keep in the same place"?  It can be tricky to answer this question.  When you're a sleep-deprived idiot, you don't always know it.  How can you tell if you're too tired to work effectively?  What idiot-type things have you done that you wouldn't have otherwise?

[I found this on a great blog called "Email Overload."  No doubt about the subject matter!]
