
Most of us don't face life threatening situations everyday, but our prioritizing skills do need daily use. Take regular breaks from your work to check in and figure out whether the result you're going for is worth the effort.
If you decide to bag a project, it doesn't mean you've failed. Failure looks more like going blindly ahead with something that doesn't make the grade. The sooner you know that, the sooner you can change course.
