
You must decide. You also must decide to decide. Yeah, all the time. Guess what? You're already doing it! Don’t fool yourself into thinking that not making a decision is not deciding. You’re only deciding to decide later and that means what? It means deciding again and spending way too much time on it.
For little decisions, trust your first impulse. For bigger ones, if you can’t decide quickly, make some notes about the pros and cons so you can refer to them when you revisit the issue and not start from scratch. But keep deciding. It’s a habit you can develop. It gets easier with practice.
